We work across four product lines, each with its own character. Many of our pieces combine two or more — a laser-engraved wooden tag on a crochet bear, a resin figure on an engraved base.

High-resolution resin for figurines, models, props, and miniatures with intricate detail. Printed at a 12K resolution for fine-feature work, then hand-finished and painted on request. Or paint it yourself for a fun project with friends and family.

Most custom orders ship within 1–2 weeks from design approval. Simpler items (like engraved coasters or a small resin print) can sometimes be turned around in just a few days. Larger or more intricate work — detailed painted figures, amigurumi sets, or bulk wedding favors — may take longer. We will always confirm a timeline in writing before starting.
Sometimes. If our schedule allows, we can accommodate rush timelines for a modest fee. Get in touch as early as possible and flag "rush" on the order form — we'll tell you what's realistic.
Yes — and it's one of the things we do best. Send us your logo, monogram, business branding, family crest, sketch, or your favorite sports team — we'll prepare it for engraving and show you a proof before we cut anything. Common file types like PNG, JPG, PDF, and SVG all work. If you don't have artwork yet, no problem — we can design something with you from scratch at no extra charge for simple designs.
Wood coaster sets start around $20 for a set of 4, and our wood + marble sets start around $20 for a pair. Pricing varies based on design complexity and quantity. Bulk pricing is available for larger orders — great for weddings, corporate events, and game day gifts. Send us a message and we'll put together a custom quote.
Absolutely. We work with event planners, small businesses, and wedding parties regularly. Mention your quantity on the order form and we'll send a custom quote.
Because everything is made-to-order, we don't accept returns on personalized items. We do stand behind our craftsmanship — if anything arrives damaged or doesn't match the approved design, reach out within 14 days and we'll make it right.
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is something we're exploring — if you're outside the US and interested, send us a note and we'll see what we can work out on a case-by-case basis.
